Everyone knows that the glamour girls of winter sports have to be the ice skaters. Ballerinas on skates, sparkly costumes and gorgeous make up all lend themselves to dreams of gracefully gliding across the ice with blades strapped to your feet ….
Well, if you’ve ever tried it, it’s definitely one of those things where the graceful end result directly belies the incredible strength, discipline and hours of practice it takes to look that effortless. I think MTV’s “Made” did an episode where a football-playing tomboy becomes a floating-on-air ice princess – but we digress.
But psst! Here’s a bit of fun news over here at Vanity Girl Hollywood headquarters. Our design team is busy at work right now on a custom lighted make up mirror for a MAJOR ice skating event. Think about it … over 100 gorgeous, graceful, athletic ice princesses may be sitting before our lighted make up mirror adding the sparkles, shimmers and gloss to their game faces.
