I spent Valentines day with my amazing boyfriend! First we went out to lunch at a steak house called the Texas Roadhouse, and then we went to King Soopers. I bought some flowers for my grandma and suprised her by dropping them off in front of her house. Then we went back to King Soopers, i bought a beautiful orchid for my mom, went to her house and left it on the coffee table to she would be suprised when she come back home! Then my boyfriend took me out to dinner at this very fancy place! then we went and watched the movie Yes Man! (8 it was a very nice day!! I wore the “Think Pink” make up look that Kandee Johnson did an amazing video of on youtube! Its a beautiful icy look! very very pretty! Plans – pass out tons of cheesy children’s valentine’s to my closest friends and make a delicious dumpling dinner to celebrate the Chinese New Year part of the holiday. Look of the day – natural, light blush, and Rosebud lip salve!!
I had an awesome day! I did the Kardashian look from Kandees video which my son commented “Mommy you look beautiful!” Had a lunch date with my two kiddos and ended the evening with a movie, “Percy Jackson”

Ok, about my Valentine’s. I spent the morning playing with my 2 pups (with no makeup). And I spent the afternoon at my parents house with my 2 brothers, sister, sister’s friend, grandmother, and naturally my parents. We cooked out (hamburgers, yummy!) and ate off the most adorable, red, heart shaped plates. My makeup look at my parents house was simple. It was a very neutral, pin-up type eye with a bright pink lip. I LOVE LOVE LOVE red lipstick (and wear it almost everyday), but after watching Kandee’s Rihanna tutorial I decided to sport pink today instead of red. Plus, it’s Valentine’s and pink just seemed more appropriate.

I spent my Valentine’s day at home with my family. Even though I didn’t go out I had a great time! It was also Lunar New Years so we ate dim sum and some traditional chinese food.. which was so delicious! Today I decided to mix up my look with a subtle and light smoky pink look. It was so pretty and didn’t look overdone at all.. I used a baby pink color with a little shimmer and mixed it with a pearly white color to make it look less intense and did some black on the outer corner and the crease to make it look smoky. I loved it!
My Valentine’s Day consisted of a day at home with my 3 year old son since his daddy is gone with the military right now. We just watched movies and had mommy and baby time together. My makeup consisted of a light pink shadow and very neutral. That is until my 3 year old said, ” Mommy we not going anywhere, take dat stuff off.” Hahaha So I took off my makeup and had a natural day with my little one.
I had a very nice V-day.. my hubby was out of town because of work but I spent the day with my sister and Mom!! If you can’t be with your significant other on Valentines Day… who better to hang out with then people you’ve loved your whole life.
We went out for dinner and a movie!!

Today I spent my Valentine’s day with my family and friends. We had in-laws that flew in from New York, to spend Valentine’s Day with us, so we had a big family dinner. Though my evening was a little casual I decide to spice it up, it is Valentine’s Day. I started with a fresh and clean face and decided today was going to be a sexy, Rockabilly day. For my eyes I used MAC studio finish concealer all around the eyes to brighten them up. I decided to go bare on the lids as well, so no eyeshadow. I used a black liquid eyeliner pen by Revlon, for my lids. Which is really good because it has a very fine point and it great especially, if you are trying to go for that 1940′s wing eye. For my mascara I used Maybelline’s XXL Extensions to intensify my lashes. I then applied a little bit of white eyeliner by Revlon on my bottom lids. The next step was for my lips, I used a MAC chestnut brown lip liners to outline my lips and then filled them in with MAC Matte lipstick, Russian Red. To finish the look, I add some soft curls to my hair like Marilyn Monroe, a flower to the side of my hair and added a small beauty mark on my left cheek for GLAM!
This morning I decided to try out Kandee’s Pink make-up idea, and absolutely love it! I got many compliments on my make-up! For the day I spent the morning in church and then went to Disneyland with my hubby!
For Valentine’s Day my boyfriend and I spent the afternoon with our families. In the evening we had dinner and went to see a movie, Valentine’s Day, hahah soooo cheesy! I attempted your wedding make up look…it didn’t look exactly like yours but I loved it. ♥ p.s. I also did the whole contouring double chin plastic surgery technique && wow! It soooo works! )

My V-day dinner was tasty at the Original Thai BBQ, was delicous! My dinner look a smokey eye with a bright pink shadow, baby pink lips and blush. Felt beautiful…

Today I went to the mall with the bestfriend and did some shopping followed by dinner. I wore a neutral beige eyeshadow with turquoise liner winged out and smudged into the lower lashline with bright pink glossy lips, very much inspired by Kandee Johnson’s Rihanna inspired look =)

Well today was kind of a strange Valentine’s Day for me! I had to meet with a group for school to work on a project and so I spent most of the day doing that. Tonight I was supposed to go out for supper with my sigoth, but instead we opted to stay home, order pizza, and watch the Olympics!
So, my makeup was kept very simple today. Just a bit of painterly paintpot on the lids, a teensy bit of soft brown in the crease, a bit of mascara, blush, and lipgloss.
Pretty uneventful, I know!
But I liked it! <3

My boyfriend and I cooked dinner together for the first time in a loooong time, it was so much fun! I worked my crease with some natural browns and then lined my eyes with liquid liner for a cat eye/Megan Fox look with some pinky-flushed cheeks and soft pink lips! muah! thank you!

I did very natural eyeshadow with some pretty rosey blush. I went out with my boyfriend for dinner and then we went to go see Valentine’s Day. =D
I wore a neautral look with my new MAC Lady Gaga lipstick in the morning while I had breakfast with my parents. Later at night I work a grey smokey look from the Smashbox holiday pallette and just went to eat with my boys (kids).
My plans tonight was a romantic dinner with my sweetie, then a night of cuddling and movies with popcorn and stuff at home. My makeup was gorgeous. i did a brown smokey eye…. using lots of Kandee’s wonderful tips. I used my St. Tropez, then Dr. Haushka moistruizer with my MAC foundation, I used a brown gel eyeliner softened with a brown powder over it. Put a light champaign shimmery color (over Urban Decay Primer)over inner part of eye and used a medium brown then a little darker brown in crease and blended very well. I wore a nudey pink color lipstick/lipgloss over my urban decay lip base. A nude blush… Then did a trick I learned on YouTube To make my lashes look like false ones. My man loved it…. oh yea i also used my Urban Decay Midnight Cowboy highlighter…which i love. My man just about had a cow when he saw me. He said i looked like a movie star or something. His words were… “Oh my gosh babe…. you look totally glamorous…just like that Kandee Johnson you watch. I have to be the luckiest man ever!” I had the best valentines day ever. Thank You Kandee, I love you girl!!!!

I ate dinner with my bf’s mother and went shopping with her at our local Longs Drug Store while my bf was at work at the Fire Station. We bought tulip plants for my sister and her daughter who is no longer with us at 50% off because the store was trying to get rid of Valentine’s items. Wonderful evening!
my valentine’s day plans were a late lunch w/my fiance, and then we went to see Valentine’s Day. Even though we got there about an hour before the movie started, it was sold out! We had to wait for the next showing, which was another hour later. We finally got to see it after the 2 hour wait. Fun movie!!
I wore a silvery color on the inner part of my eye, and a satin taupe color on the middle to outer part, and then smoked it out with a darker brown in the crease. I wore dark brown eyeliner which I smoked out with a bit of black eyeshadow on top. I wore my favorite Viva Glam lipstick and Mac gloss on top.

So we’re actually going to be celebrating valentine’s day tomorrow but i already practiced my make up and it came out great! I did the ‘fall in love with me’ look but used the purple ‘underland’ from the alice in wonderland pallete instead of the blue ‘alice’ and it came out beautiful!! I as well love urban decay’s make up and this mirror rocks!!

I am single and live far away from my friends but I had a great day anyway! I took myself to lunch and for a pedicure and then watched Pretty In Pink and Sixteen Candles (two of my fave movies). I wore my new MAC Stacked 1 pigment set on my eyes (pinks and purples) with Rosy Outlook shadow as a highlight, MAC Smolder Eye Kohl, and L’Oreal Carbon Black Voluminous Mascara. I wore MAC Dainty Mineralized Blush and NARS Laguna Bronzer on my cheeks. On my lips, I wore MAC Myth lipstick with MAC Smile Dazzleglass over it. I hope I win the mirror, I love it!!
i went shopping on valentines day. i dont have a bf so it was just a regular day for me today!
but i did wear a dark purpleish smokey eye. i tried something new since i usually stick to neutral colors.
and the 15th is my 18th birthday so i hope i win!!
I try a lot of Kandees tutorial looks. She’s such an inspiration. I spent valentines day with my son and family. I have been sick with pneumonia and my son has has bronchitis so we kept it very mellow. BBQ dinner with the family and a movie.
I went to sushi with my boyfriend. The make up look I wore was a cream color in the inner corner fading into a light pink across my lids, light brown in the outer v, and brown cream eyeliner winged. Pink cheekies and nude pink lips.

Well I woke up to breakfast and flowers in bed. Then we had a BBq with close friends. Then we went out to a movie and came home to a romantic night. The look that I wore was pink on my lid, white under the eyebrow, pink cheeks, purple under the eyes, and baby pink lip. It match with my outfit for Vday! I used all NYC products to prepare my face, Coastal Scents 88palette for the shadows, NYX milk pencil for a base. and NYX lip color. Everyone kept completing me on my makeup! Please Enter Me!

I spent the first half of my Vday at work, at MAC cosmetics. I wore a brown smokey eye, with black cat liner, to add a nostalgic touch. I did my lips in our new Gaga Glam, with a touch of cultured lipglass, to enhance the pink and bring the feeling of Valentine’s Day to my look. I spent the day applying makeup to women, who were making me apart of their Valentine’s Day experiences. Everything ranging from eager first dates, to single women who were treating themselves to a beauty day, empowering them as they celebrated being a woman and loving themselves. I couldn’t be more grateful, for them to making me apart of their experience. It’s the most wonderful feeling, being able to send a woman out of my chair and back into her daily life, feeling beautiful and confident. I then came home, to an amazing dinner cooked by my fiance, followed by a night of board games, movies, laughter and love. ♥ I am a MAC Makeup artist who lives in Los Angeles, California. I did the 80′s glam/ Valentine’s Day look that Kandee did on one of her videos (hot pink look) using Icing by Claire’s make up. I was hesitant to use it because I know how it likes to smear everywhere but after using primer (which I had no idea what it was until watching Kandee) it actually stuck and showed really well! At first I was a little scared that it was too extreme for a small town like the one I live in here in Texas, but then I thought to myself, “it’s cute and i like it, who cares if anybody else does.” And WOW i got so many compliments! For Valentine’s Day my boyfriend and I celebrated both V-Day and our one year anniversary. We went to the zoo at noon, then we ate at an awesome Mexican restaurant! After that, we shopped for a couple of hours then caught the movie Valentine’s Day! This mirror would be so helpful with all the looks I still want to try! =D
Spent the entire day shopping & with my valentines…my son and daughter. To top the evening off we had an amazing pizza dinner. Yum! On my eyes I wore Club by Mac with L’Oreal black cream eyeliner, and Rimmel’s Sexy Curves Mascara, on the cheeks Pale Pink by Bobbi Brown, and French Kiss by NYX on the lips. Happy Valentine’s Day!!!
This Valentine’s Day, I spent the day with my lifetime loves- my Grandparents. With natural makeup- Bare Minerals by L’Oreal and some LashBlash- so my Grandma wouldn’t give me a lecture about the ‘dark circles under my eyes.’ Ahaha. :]

For valentines day, I had a low key dinner with my parents. Lame, but it was nice to not have to worry about it for once. lol. However, I still rocked it out. I did sort of a pin-up look for my make-up: natural color eye shadows, upper lid eyeliner, and LOTS of mascara. I added a little pink lip gloss too
The blush i used was one i mixed on my own. I crushed up my two favorite MAC blush colors, mixed them, and re-packed them together. LOVE!!! I also painted my nails Rich and Famous by china glaze (a super vday appropriate pink) with white hearts in the corners. ♥
My husband and I had lunch with his parents and then we spent the rest of the day at the house, watched a movie and had a nice relaxing evening, it was great! I wore my husband’s favorite… pink eye shadow (which just so happened to be perfect for valentines) with some purples for some contouring and a pinky blush with a natural lip.
