My sister went to cosmetology school while she was in high school. Therefore, she’s really good at doing hair, and as for myself I love to play around with make-up. Fast forwards 3 years, we are both roommates at Ave Maria University. A place in Florida that’s pretty much in the middle of nowhere, we do have a salon but their prices are outrageous! So, my every time there’s an special event our friends ask my sister and I to do their hair and make up; and we love it, we really do!

There’s truly no better feeling for us than seeing the joy in woman’s face when seeing herself in the mirror and realizing how beautiful they are!

I’ve been learning how to apply makeup properly and I’ve gone through some training for in the last two years. And after all that I still have a tiny little mirror that just doesn’t suffice. I teach my friends how to apply makeup and how to compliment their eye shape and facial structure and it’s quite difficult to teach when using an inadequate mirror. This vanity would really help me and help my love of teaching friends, so if I win this vanity it will be loved dearly and extremely appreciated!

i have just graduated Lu Ross Makeup Academy in Ventura Ca. My husband and I are turning our back patio into a makeup studio for me. Today we just finished texturizing the walls and I bought the tile yesterday. This Vanity would complete my room and start my business out perfect. I would love to do more wedding and special events. My Valentine’s Day was perfect! I did not have a date, but that did not stop me from having fun! Me and my best friend got dressed up, put some sexy makeup on and went out shopping and to dinner! We even got noticed by this pair of really cute guys! She wore a bronze eye shadow with nude glossy lips, and I wore a more neutral eye with a touch of pink shimmer! Plus a light pink lip! We had a blast, and it just goes to prove that all you need is yourself and one amazing friend to have a great time!
My plans for valentines were going out with my boyfriend to the movies and dinner
so I just picked a cute casual outfit in pink of course pink nails, mascara, eyeliner and straightened my hair! it was wonderful! thanks for this giveaway!
hi! This is so fun. I did light lids with a dusting of blue/pink, accented with a light beown smokey look and a pink mouth! WHich would all have looked sexier if applied in your mirror!

I loved Valentine’s Day!! My boyfriend and I went out to lunch first, and then we watched Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief (or PJOLT for short, lol). It wasn’t anything real special, but I love seeing him! And I looked good! I got a compliment on my hair right off the back. I just straightened it, but it looked very nice and it was really soft. He also said I smelled good (I used some Victoria’s Secret body mist) and for my eye makeup, I used Urban Decay’s ‘Midnight Cowboy Rides Again’, ‘Kiddie Pool’, and a few other colors.
