So, what did it take to bring our vision of a modern day Bridget Bardot and Audrey Hepburn to life on our very first “models and all” photo shoot?   A super talented photographer (Anita) , gorgeous models (Donia, Maria & Ashi), a sexy locale (Anita’s Venice Beach Loft), talented tress dresser (Clariss) and of course — hello — the all important Make Up Artist and we wanted to introduce you to Jessica Metivier who brought the glam to life on our photo shoot earlier this month.

She is based in Los Angeles now and specializes in film, television, photography (natch) and special events.   Yes, she’s brought her talent to “America’s Next Top Model” and “The Real Housewives” but like lots of LA Glam Squadders, she loves to work with “real women” and has been called upon to create countless wedding and event looks for her clients.  Her clients say that she really has the ability to bring their inner beauty and confidence to the forefront through her artistry.

And hello, fret not if you aren’t sure which brush to use with which pot.  She’ll give you a private lesson to give you everything from a polished everyday look (which is what we started with on our shoot as requested by Ladies Home Journal) to red carpet glam to (in our case) the ability to channel iconic glamour with a modern twist.
