If you're interested in an item that is currently on back order, call us and we can estimate when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site. If this happens, we will do our best to notify you personally so we can help you find another item.
Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. Policy on Debit Cards
A debit card is treated differently than a credit card by your bank. A debit card is much like a credit card in that it may display a credit card company logo, like Visa or MasterCard, but a charge to your debit card uses funds directly from your bank account. The biggest difference is that your bank may institute a daily charge limit on your debit card. If the price of your order exceeds a daily limit set on your debit card we will notify you, as this will prohibit us from processing your order.
Shipments are Insured
We fully insure each order all the way to your doorstep when your signature is obtained.
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card. We also require a daytime phone number for shipping purposes.
International Shipments
We will ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam with additional freight charges.
Saturday Delivery
If you cannot be available to receive your order on a weekday, we may be able to arrange for your order to be delivered on Saturday. Just call a vanity consultant before you submit your order, and we will arrange a Saturday delivery for you for an additional charge. Depending on how recently you submitted your order, we may be able to arrange a Saturday delivery after you submit your order as well. FedEx Saturday service, available in the vast majority of U.S. cities, is subject to availability. Check with your vanity consultant.
Easy Returns
To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer a very flexible return policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order and it is still in new condition, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Read the details of our 30-day return policy.
