This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in your new Vanity Girl LLC product. Our warranty covers original purchasers only. You must have purchased the product from Vanity Girl, LLC directly in order to be eligible for this warranty.
We will replace any defective product covered under the warranty at no charge. You must pay the shipping charge to return the defective product to our shipping center. Upon inspection, if we confirm that the defect was not caused by any fault of yours, we will refund you the return shipping charge as well as ship you a replacement unit.
What does this warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover any damage that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of nature (such as a floods, fires, etc) or normal wear and tear.
How do you get a replacement?
In order to be eligible for a replacement under this warranty, you must email or chat with our Customer Service Department PopUpHelp@VanityGirlWorld.com, between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm PST, explain the problem, and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. Once you have an RMA number, please send the defective unit to our shipping center at:

The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box. We will inspect your product and if we determine that the problem was caused by no fault of yours, we will send you a replacement unit within 3 normal business days of our receipt of the defective product.
